Statement of Beliefs
We believe that the Bible is the Holy Scriptures, originally
given by God and divinely inspired. We believe it is infallible,
entirely trustworthy, and the supreme authority in all matters
of faith and conduct.
We believe in one God, Creator and Sustainer of all things,
eternally existent in three Persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
We believe in the deity and humanity of our Lord Jesus Christ,
his virgin birth and sinless life, his miracles, his vicarious
and atoning death on the cross, his bodily resurrection, his
ascension to the right hand of the Father, his mediatorial work,
and his personal return in power and glory.
We believe in the universal sinfulness of all mankind since
the Fall, bringing guilt, shame and fear on all mankind and rendering
man subject to God's wrath and condemnation.
We believe in redemption through the blood and death of our
Lord Jesus Christ and regeneration by the Holy Spirit as absolutely
essential for the salvation of lost and sinful man.
We believe that the salvation of sinners is solely through
the grace of God through faith in Christ.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose
indwelling the Christian is empowered for godly living and service.
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost:
they that are saved unto the resurrection of life, and they that
are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers who comprise
the Church, his body, which is committed by his command to the
proclamation of the Gospel throughout the world.
